- Studied under the direction of several master PMU training academies including Browboss, Artistry by Lena, LeroLux, Allure Ink, Seduire Academy, & Gina Lee Paramedical Tattoo Academy.
Founder of AVO Brows and Beauty, Rae is a certified PMU artist and passionate educator based in San Diego. With over 5 years of experience in permanent makeup, she’s helped hundreds of women — and future artists — feel more confident, empowered, and ready to show up as their best selves.
